Jazz Guitar Online Looking for guitar transcriptions, licks, riffs or patterns to spice up your guitar soloing? This is the right place! You'll find jazz guitar licks going from Charlie Parker to Django Reinhardt to George Benson to Pat Metheny and written in both standard notation and guitar tab (how to read guitar tabs).

Programming Reference

CSS Reference @builder.com My little brother uses this site for all his cascading style sheets. Since he is a genius you should too.
Builder.com Reference See note above. I have begun using it and I see why Flobi uses it now.
Index.HTML This is a great reference for HTML specifications.
Ultimate ASP Do you want to know something about ASP? Here it is.
Netscape Developer Before Microsoft acknowledged that the Internet was alive Netscape was helping us develop...
Netscape Does Javascript From the people who brought you javascript. Well, it was Netscape...
HTML Goodies This is a good place to get HTML information. It also contains CSS, JavaScript and other stuff.
AGC Soft (MS Access Code)

Need Supplies

Sysinternals Freeware These people have the greatest tools for system information. I like the BGInfo and the PSExec which replace the REXEC command missing from Windows.
Teacher's Resource Center Good Prices on quality products for teachers and students.
MilesTek Networking tools and hardware. Also other computer supplies.

Weight Training and Exercise

Exercise Prescription This is a wonderful site for learning about the muscle groups and which exercises work which groups. There is little fluff and stuff, just meat and potatoes on this site.
BODY-for-LIFE This is the web site for the book that I am using to base my workouts. The site has some useful FAQs but if you want the meat and potatoes then you must get the book. See above for meat and potatoes. The book is great, motivationally, nutritionally, and physically. John Krepps turned me on to this book.
